MY STORY

 

Since 2017, I’ve been guiding women on their feminine awakening journeys - I’ve helped them break free from limiting beliefs and confidently step into their soul calling.

 

But before I became the woman I am today, I was stuck in the cycle of seeking approval, playing small, and ignoring my own desires. I was trying to fit into a box that wasn’t mine to begin with—pushing myself to be what I thought I should be out of obligation and people pleasing. But beneath it all, I felt disconnected, unfulfilled, and out of alignment.

It wasn’t until I hit my breaking point in my late 20s—feeling burned out, stuck in my head, and exhausted from trying to 'have it all figured out' that I realized something had to change.

My healing didn’t come from pushing harder. It came from learning to trust myself again. It came from listening to my body, honoring my desires, and tapping into my Feminine Frequency.

Through deep embodiment practices, nervous system healing, and trusting my inner guidance, I reclaimed my power and created a life of freedom, impact, and authenticity.

 

I've supported hundreds of women over the years to come home to their authentic selves and step into their unshakable confidence.

Since 2017, I’ve been guiding women on their feminine awakening journeys - helping them break free from conditioning and step into their most confident, liberated, and pleasure-filled selves.

But before I became the woman I am today, I was trapped in the cycle of good girl programming. I was constantly seeking approval, putting others first, and shrinking myself to fit expectations that were never mine to begin with. I ignored my desires, silenced my needs, and created a ‘picture perfect’ life according to societal standards. And beneath it all? I felt disconnected, unfulfilled, and depressed.

It wasn’t until I hit my breaking point - deep in depression, disconnected from my body, and completely burned out—that I realized something had to change. My healing didn’t come from hustling harder or trying to "fix" myself. It came from unlearning everything I had been taught about what it means to be a “good” woman. It came from reclaiming my pleasure, honoring my desires, and learning to trust myself fully.

Through deep embodiment practices, nervous system healing, and radical self-liberation, I transformed my life from one of obligation to one of overflow.

I learned that when a woman is fully in her pleasure, she is fully in her power. That pleasure isn’t just indulgence—it’s fuel for our purpose, our creativity, and our ability to lead, love, and live unapologetically.

Now, I’m here to guide you through your own Pleasure Queen awakening. Because the life you crave - the one that feels free, turned on, and deeply aligned - is waiting for you to claim it. 💋✨
